What is included?

The arrangement and its container are the rental piece. Your quote identifies the exact items. Packaging, glass covers, lighting, delivery, placement and collection are included only when explicitly listed. Service, applicable tax and refundable security are itemized separately.

Are these real roses?

Our real-rose collection contains genuine preserved roses, often called “forever roses.” Preservation helps them retain their beauty for long-lasting display; the name is not a lifetime guarantee. Their condition depends on care and handling. Galaxy Roses are a separate decorative collection.

Why do some containers say RICORDAMI?

Lucky Findings provides the rental service. Some photographed pieces carry their original RICORDAMI ITALIA branding; those labels identify the products, not the rental business. No manufacturer partnership is implied.

Can I purchase an arrangement?

You may request a purchase price for a specific piece. A separately agreed sale identifies its condition, price and transfer date. Rental does not automatically build purchase credit or transfer ownership.

What if an item is damaged?

The written agreement and item schedule set the process and supported loss limits before custody. Return condition is compared with handover photographs. No arbitrary damage multiplier or automatic purchase is proposed.

Can I book from this page?

Send a quote request from this page. Your request is not a reservation. A booking is confirmed only after availability, complete charges and written agreement terms are agreed.

Do you supply a matching set?

Matching finish and quantity are confirmed item by item. Photographs are appearance references. We will not substitute a different arrangement without agreement.
