Up to 10 one-way road miles: $95. More than 10 through 20 miles: $155. More than 20 through 35 miles: $235. These prices include one delivery and one later collection at the same venue; they are not charged twice. Rental charges, applicable tax and refundable security are separate. The same service prices apply to event and fixed 30-day rentals. Beyond 35 one-way road miles within the service area: $235 plus $6 for each additional mile, including delivery and collection together. Partial miles are charged proportionally, using route mileage to one decimal, with the price rounded to cents. Example: 40.5 miles costs $268. Active marketing focuses on Ventura and Santa Barbara; wider regional service is available by confirmed appointment.

We measure the ordinary practical driving route from our Ventura dispatch location to your venue, record the mileage, and confirm the applicable fixed tier before you accept or pay. This is road distance, not a straight-line radius. City names alone do not determine a tier. No home pickup or return is offered.

Up to six arrangements that fit safely in one vehicle load; one venue; ground-floor or working-elevator access; legal loading within 100 feet of the entrance; one delivery and one collection; agreed two-hour arrival windows between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Packing, inspection and handover are included. For standard handover, you place and repack the arrangements using our instructions. We confirm safe capacity and venue access before booking.

For up to six arrangements, we place the pieces on your prepared, stable tables and repack them at collection. This includes up to 45 minutes of additional hands-on work across both visits. No table installation, room styling, furniture moving or floral redesign. We agree the layout and confirm it fits this scope before accepting the booking; there is no automatic overtime charge.

More than six arrangements, multiple loads or venues, stairs without a suitable elevator, longer carries, tolls or uncertain parking costs, late-night or narrow-window visits and special installations are not available as standard launch bookings. We explain this before payment, not by adding a surprise surcharge. A request is not acceptance of extra services or a confirmed booking.

Three small preserved arrangements for an event: $105 rental + $95 local delivery and collection = $200 before tax; refundable security $150, so $350 plus applicable tax is payable across the booking. Optional placement makes that $380 plus tax. Reservation payment is $50 without placement, or $57.50 with placement, credited to the total. Security is due with the final balance, not the reservation payment.

CF-1 cancellation, rescheduling, condition and refund protections continue to apply. Security remains $25 per Galaxy arrangement or $50 per preserved arrangement, capped at $200 per order. A security deposit is not an item valuation. Your completed item schedule must state supported loss ceilings before acceptance. No automatic damage charge, card surcharge or recurring renewal. We never substitute an unsupported research price for your signed item schedule.
