Our initial focus is Ventura and Santa Barbara agents. Serving Santa Barbara and the surrounding coastal corridor through Ventura and Camarillo to Thousand Oaks, extending inland to Fillmore. City coverage determines where we serve; road mileage determines the delivery charge.

We record the practical driving route and the applicable delivery price in your quote. These are not straight-line miles, and delivery is not charged twice. Optional placement and repacking is $30 per order.
Standard service: up to six arrangements in one verified safe load, one property, ground-floor or suitable elevator access, legal loading within 100 feet, and agreed two-hour windows between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. We agree any access issues before accepting the booking. No home pickup or return.

Your confirmation identifies the selected pieces, venue contact, loading arrangements, delivery and collection windows, and full price. No assumption that someone will be at the property.
A clear handover
We record item counts and condition at delivery and return. You receive care instructions and know who to contact if plans change.
A familiar next booking
For your next listing, send the new address and dates and reference your previous booking. We reconfirm availability, mileage and your preferred arrangement style. Nothing renews or charges automatically.
Agreed windows are part of the booking. If a schedule problem arises, we will contact your designated person as soon as we know, explain the options and apply the cancellation/refund terms. We do not promise unconfirmed dates or unattended property access.
TRANSPARENCY BEFORE PAYMENT
No guessing about the total.
- Send the address and dates. Choose weekend or 30-day use, preferred colors and whether you want placement.
- Review the complete offer. Exact rental, delivery, optional placement, applicable venue tax and refundable security appear separately with your agreement.
- Confirm the booking. The 25% reservation payment covers rental and agreed services and is credited to the total. The balance, tax and security are due 48 hours before delivery; shorter-notice bookings are paid in full.
- Close out clearly. We inspect within two business days and initiate undisputed security refunds within five business days. Bank posting can take longer; final security accounting is due within 14 calendar days.
Security is $25 per Galaxy or $50 per preserved arrangement, capped at $200 per order. Ordinary wear, normal aging and pre-existing defects are excluded from damage charges. Any claim needs evidence; no automatic card debit. Read every customer document and policy.
Free cancellation at least 48 hours before delivery. Later cancellation follows the published limited actual-cost policy, not an automatic deposit forfeiture. Rescheduling has no separate fee, subject to availability.
